Where Divorce Records Are Filed in Baltimore

In Maryland, all divorce cases are handled exclusively by the Circuit Courts. The District Court does not have jurisdiction over divorce matters. In Baltimore County, divorce complaints are filed with and adjudicated by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
